march '26 | and here we are again, with that itch we need to scrath. an old collaborator showed us some ideas and that sparked the new project. having fun in the studio at the moment, you'll hear the results in a few months.

november '24 | we finally finished our new ep, which is the soundtrack to the tv show escolta el teu cos. first time we had to match our music to what cartoon characters were doing. it was fun and challenging. time to go into hiding againg for a bit, there's some work to be done in other people's records. see you all soon. in two years time, probably.

june '24 | we have been brought back to life, this time with a mission. right on time, we may add. working on a soundtrack to be released in the fall. almost twenty years ago, our old band started like this as well, with a proposal to write and record a soundtrack for a book. this time, the project is a tv show. it can't be that different... can't it? this will mark the 10th anniversary of lapsong, as well. we can't believe we've been doing this for so long already. let's cellebrate.

september '22 | brainia omnia is finished. echoes of tangerine dream and j m jarre, one may say. sadly, our participation in the exhibition was cancelled but at least we got this out of it. satisfied and going back to hybernation.

june '22 | another long break. but we are getting back into action with our old bandmate again, just as the clock strikes two. we are working on something based on the works of ramón y cajal and and exhibition of his stuff. stay tuned.

september '20 | it took a while, but here we are again. sun's ions is our latest offering, which is quite a new spin on songs we played in a previous life. there's a pattern here: looks like we are reborn every two years, no matter how tough things are out there. let's see if we can keep it up.

april '20 | the world is going crazy. time to hit the studio. luckily we can work in isolation. by necessity, this time it's more a remix/rebirth exrecise than creating from scratch. not as fun, but it works well in urgent times like these.

october '18 | we managed to complete four new tracks. jd went full motorik on this one, so it will be our homage to neu, can and all our beloved krautrock.  the name of our new ep: the long bridges.

march '18 | time flies, it's two years again. we have to think about making some music, we are coming out from hibernation and we have a brand new home, the bridge 19 studio, and we are teaming up with an old bandmate. it's nice to be making music with him again! let's see what happens.

december '16 | our second set of songs is done and dusted. to be called hills of sand. new collaborators, more experiments, more fun.

july '16 | we are not dead yet. just busy. back to the studio with new friends. music coming soon.

october '14 | welcome to our website. we are getting everything ready for the release of our music, after a few years off the grid. this project sprouts from the ashes of our previous band, and it's going to be completely different. or not.
